Justin and Teal Saffian are the proud owners of Southern Harbor Properties. Our mission is to change the industry by leading with integrity and open communication.
Justin has been in the industry for over a decade, flipping his first home when he was 18. He has flipped homes in multiple states and finally took the plunge in 2021 to take his passionate side hustle and turn it into a career, leaving the aerospace industry to pursue real estate full time.
Teal heads up the in house operations of the design team, handling everything from floor plans, tile, and color schemes.
We are in love with real estate and it’s our passion to help others get into it and build their wealth at the same time.
We work with our amazing team of project managers and will treat your project like it was our own.
We don’t believe investing in real estate should be complicated.
When we moved to Charleston, we hired a contractor to build our house. After a year, with no progress, we ended up taking over and managing it ourselves. We pledged from then on to be different than most in the industry and we lead with those values everyday.
We started out as a builder/contractor business but it has transformed into an elite project management company. We oversee investors’ property renovations, customer’s personal renovations, manage a real estate investment fund, and flip and build our own acquisitions. By having our hands in so many different facets of the real estate industry, we have a deeper understanding of the best opportunities and what sets properties apart.
Our process is transparent and managed within timelines and agreed budget. We have a list of preferred lenders, realtors, architects and engineers that help to simplify the process.
